Once you approve the prototype, we'll provide detailed production cost estimates and timelines. This thorough development stage ensures your final product meets both your creative vision and market requirements, setting a solid foundation for successful production.

Once the assessment is complete, we move forward with creating your first physical prototype at NO COST to you, carefully sourcing materials and constructing according to your specifications. You'll then have the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the prototype and provide detailed feedback - every element can be discussed and documented for improvements. If refinements are needed, a second prototype can be developed for a fee of $300 USD (including shipping costs), ensuring all materials and construction methods meet your requirements. The process concludes with your final approval, at which point we'll provide a detailed costing breakdown and production timeline. While timing can vary based on design complexity, material availability, and revision requirements, we maintain clear communication throughout each stage to keep you informed of progress and expected completion dates.

Once your design is finalized, our comprehensive production management takes over. We handle all manufacturing complexities, from material sourcing to production timeline coordination, allowing you to stay focused on design. Our team maintains direct communication with manufacturers, optimizes production costs, and implements sustainable practices throughout the process. With regular progress updates and transparent communication, you'll always know your project's status without dealing with manufacturer relationships, language barriers, or logistics challenges.

For successfully funded projects, our fulfillment service manages the distribution of your products to backers. Once you provide us with your complete backer list, our team handles the warehousing and coordinates global shipping distribution. While shipping costs are not included in our service fee and will be charged separately, we manage all shipping documentation and customs requirements on your behalf. Our team ensures proper packaging and handles the logistics of getting your products to backers worldwide. This streamlined fulfillment solution allows you to focus on design and marketing while we manage the distribution process from start to finish. Note: Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated separately from the OEM service fee. These costs should be factored into your project's reward tier pricing.
