Rules & Regulations

We prohibit projects that involve illegal activities, heavily regulated items, or those that pose potential risks to backers. Additionally, rewards must be created by the project creator.

Below is a list of prohibited items:

We Do Not Allow the Following:

1. Hate Speech: Any form of communication that promotes hatred or violence against individuals or groups.

2. Discrimination or Intolerance: Projects that promote discrimination, bigotry, or intolerance towards marginalized groups.

3. Adult Content: Any pornographic material or sexually explicit content.

4. Political or Religious Themes: Projects that focus on political fundraising, religious themes, or similar topics.

5. Unproven Medical Claims: Any claims regarding medical benefits that are not supported by credible evidence.

We Do Not Promote:

1. Contests or Gambling: This includes contests, coupons, gambling, and raffles.

2. Live Animals or GMOs: Offering live animals or genetically modified organisms as rewards is prohibited.

3. Alcohol, Drugs, Cigarettes, or Similar Products: The promotion of alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, and related paraphernalia is not allowed.

4. Violence, Guns, Weapons, or Similar Items: Projects involving violence or weapons, including replicas and accessories, are strictly prohibited.

Additional Prohibitions:

1. Illegal or Dangerous Projects: Any project that is illegal, heavily regulated, or poses potential dangers to backers.

2. Repackaging Existing Products: Projects that share existing items or repackage previously created products without adding new value or iteration are prohibited.

3. Resale of Items: All rewards must be produced or designed by the project creator or their team; reselling items from other sources is not permitted.

4. Original Designs Only: All projects must feature original designs; copying existing bags or products is not allowed.

5. Logo Usage Guidelines: Avoid using logos that are similar to existing brands. Only use logos that are trademarked to ensure compliance with branding regulations.
